Management Team

Our dedicated staff at Isabella County Restoration House consists of a team of like-minded individuals who share a deep commitment to addressing homelessness in Isabella County. At ICRH, we are dedicated to our mission of providing temporary shelter and empowering a pathway to self-sufficiency for the homeless in our community. We hold ourselves accountable to the following commitments:

  • welcome every guest, volunteer, partner and supporter regardless of social and cultural identities;

  • acknowledge our biases and treat everyone with respect and dignity;

  • encourage self-sufficiency by providing tools and resources and, whenever possible, customizing tools and resources to meet individual and family needs;

  • kindly but firmly enforce our policies to ensure the safety of guests, volunteers and staff; and
