ICRH is proud to serve with its community partners in an ongoing effort to end homelessness in Isabella County. The major advantage of the rotating shelter model is that there is a tremendous opportunity for community involvement and participation toward combating the issue of homelessness. The ICRH teams with many individuals, agencies, and organizations throughout Isabella County and the surrounding area. The ICRH would like to offer a tremendous thank you to all the partners who have joined in this effort. If you or your organization are interested in partnering with the ICRH in the fight against homelessness, please contact ICRH staff at or 989-854-0183.
